My journey has been shaped by grit, tenacity, and resilience, and I've experienced both the highs and lows of striving for success. With a BS in Organizational Leadership and an MA in Strategic Leadership from Bethel University, I am highly trained in the nuances of effective leadership, strategy, and organizational development.

In addition to my educational background, I bring a wealth of practical experience from my time as an Air Force veteran, medic, and registered nurse. This diverse foundation has allowed me to build a strong understanding of leadership in high-pressure environments and the importance of strategic decision-making. I've walked the path you're on, so I know firsthand what it takes to balance ambition with day-to-day realities.
